You could put it on a treadle since it likely was on a treadle at some point.

What model is it?
Do you have a manual for it?

I dont know yet. Only 150 bucks but will prob be gone by time i get the money.

it has a handwheel with a groove, you can treadle it.

You could treadle it but it will work best in an industrial treadle table. A domestic treadle cabinet is going to have too small an opening. The real difference will be in the size of the fly wheel. An industrial is considerably larger than a domestic. It will run slower and it might be difficult to get going at first - depending on how free the machine runs.
