Found Machine

Hey gang,
A friend of mine came across a vintage sewing machine and was wondering if you guys might be able to help me with some background information on it.

The patent date is Jun 3 1913 and it shows that it is a White Rotary. The cover that once was on it has been destroyed by age and the elements. Currently the machine is seized. The machines photo is below. Any help or assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

It is indeed a White Rotary. These are literally all over the place. Not rare or particularly valuable but good machines if they're working. Since they're really easy to find ( I have 4) I wouldn't waste my time with this one in such poor condition if she's looking to sew on it. You can find them in working condition for less than 40 bucks in a case all day long.
