I think that's a pretty steep price tag. There are more out there much more reasonable.

I have seen some for $150. look around and see what you come up with.

Went to a barn sale Sat...it was a Singer Redeye treadle and by the second day they marked down to 39.00 from 45.00...Personally the most I'd pay would be 150.00

Same here. I paid $50 for a Montgomery Ward Damascus Grand treadle on an estate auction almost a year ago, and she is in pristine condition...I'm going to play with her for awhile this eve. :)
