Free Treadle Machine How Old?

I came across a Free (printed on the front) treadle at an estate sale, it is in bad condition, but I think some cleaning would improve the looks of it. The cabinet caught my eye, it is enclosed it has a latch on the left side that you turn a knob and it opens up. Does anyone know anything about this machine and cabinet. It does have the long bobbin, but the slide plate would not slide open due to rust I guess. She wanted $75 for it, I offered $50, she said if she didn't sell it she would call me. I think the cabinet would be worth that. It looked to be in good condition, the lighting in the house was dark, it was hard to see the backside of it.

You might try http://ismacs.net/free/manuals/freevs-c-e-ce-manual.pdf too. I couldn't get it to download with dial-up. Some other info http://ismacs.net/free/home.html
