I saw the ad again today and here is the www addy. www.FreedomDisability.com 1-800-339-1100 was the toll free number on my tv screen. Don't know what the cost is or anything --just thought if anyone is needing any help to apply for disability these people might be able to help. No affiliation with them whatsoever. Amy
