FW snagging fabric?

My FW is snagging the fabric about every six inches. Could this be the needle?

It likely could. Is it a new needle? Can you tell if the snag is on the top or the bottom of the piece being stitched? Might be a small burr on the foot or stitch plate as well. Run a piece of very fine fabric over all the parts that touch fabric and you might be able to find the burr that way as opposed to with your fingers.
