This process is involved and tends to get expensive but it would be possible to cast duplicates of your appliques that are broken. I would use epoxy and wood powder instead of the brass though. Also check out picture frame repair. They use a similar process using silicone molds and plaster to replace missing pieces. Otherwise your best bet would be to watch Ebay for the right drawers to come along.

I'll see if there's a frame repair place, but I'm not holding my breathe. We live in a sparsely populated area and we don't have a lot of things nearby. Thanks for the link, I'd have to think about how to cast it without having to remove one. The remaining appliques are weak on some. I'm hoping a good cleaning will help out and maybe if I find a place for a good price I can just have them all replaced. Here's to dreaming :)
