Help on this Domestic 6
 

Yesterday I found a Domestic 6, black crinkle finish. 6156 is stamped into the base. Shuttle bobbin. Needs lots of cleaning, has knee pedal, in cabinet. I have started collecting vintage machines and wonder if this is something I should go for. It is only $15.00 at our Salvation Army store.

I don't know anything about the machine in question, but I would have to say the real questions are do you want it? And can you afford it?
If both of those are yes then I don't see why you would not get it. I think all of the vintage machines ate worthwhile!
