Help

Where can I buy Evaporust?????

Caroline S 04-25-2012 06:26 AM

I have the same problem JS. I have been to several auto parts stores locally and no one has ever heard of Evaporust. But someone mentioned (here on the QB?) that Naval Jelly can be used in place of Evaporust. I have not done an Internet search for it yet though.

Note to Joe, O'Reillys was one of the places I checked, two stores no less.

Harbor Freight carries it.

Naval Jelly is along the same lines and is for removing rust.

Thanks Charlee. Why didn't I think about Harbor Freight? That is a dangerous place for me to to go to since I am a tool junkie.

Thank you. I just got a White rotary. There are no decals. It is cast. The decorations are pressed into the metal. Pictures later. I did find out it may be a 1930. It was originally done in bronze in 1926 for White's anniversary. Thanks again. Sandy
