How to identify "birth date" etc for a Singer 66 Red Eye
 

I was purusing the photo album, and many of the machines have a "birth date" and other info. Hubby bought me a 66 Red Eye that is reported to be a 1913, how do I determine other "vital statistics" for my new baby?
