You are all awesome!!! Thank you!!!
Now that I know she is capable of stitching, I will get serious about cleaning and oiling. Pretty and functional-love it! |
It is a very pretty clone. I love and have several clones but if a two toned one like this came my way I wouldn't pass it up.

There are a few different bobbin shuttles, but are similar.
Here is a manual for 15 clone machines http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_mach...ion-manual.pdf I think it is a neat two tone machine with the face plate and tension matching. Janey - Neat people never make the exciting discoveries I do. |
The only real differences in a 15 clone bobbin set up will be what style of race cover it has. Every 15 class clone I've ever seen takes a 1 o'clock bobbin case, only the cover that holds the hook in the machine might be different.

I would have snagged that one in a heartbeat at that price. She's very pretty!

Here is a manual for 15 clone machines [url]http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/manuals/ha-1-ib-wgh-instruction-manual.pdf Janey, thank you for the manual link. I was following the Singer 15 manual, which is why I had the needle in backwards! :) Again, thanks, all, for your help! Now to find a pretty cabinet for her-at the same price! Ha. |
Sure do wish I'd find something like that!

I had a Delta Rotary on which I could not figure out how to thread. I tried many different ways, but nothing worked. Then my young sewing machine guy sold me an Eldridge Two Spool. Lo and behold, it had the same threading, and a book came with it. On those machines, the thread makes a complete turn around the tension disks. The thread actually crosses over it self twice on its path to the needle. Who would-a thought? ? ?
