I Am My Brother's Keeper

I found this in my father's basement.
I didn't think to have it "properly restored." I just had it cleaned and repaired. The case was totally rotted. No hope of repair. I have no idea what the model or year is. It sews a nifty straight stitch. At top speed, it's a ripsnorter. there's a dial on top to set the foot pressure for several different types of fabric. I don't know how often I'll use it. For one thing, it weighs a ton! it's much too heavy for the new, plastic case. i'll have to figure out a way to reinforce that so the machine sits level. For another, it still stinks to high heaven. Gotta get some odor eaters for it. LOL |
What aprety Machine hoe you can use it!
|
It looks great. Hope you can get it up and running.
|
It may be heavy, but Ohhh, it is pretty.

Heavy machines work better. They don't skitter all over the table when you use them.

Patrice -
That is a beautiful pink machine. The faceplate is also a nice touch - it has that industrial, robot look. I hope you enjoy it. Darren |
Is it pink or lavendar? It is truly a pretty lady!
