I love my 301. It is not the prettiest machine by a long shot, but it sews well, and I just love it.

Oh man those accessories brought back memories, learned to sew on a singer featherweight. I wish mom still had it. I believe the buttonholer was in a green box though. Probably quite a few years earlier than that model.

The 301 is a Featherweight on steroids anyway. It seems like its a nice machine but I have not touched it because I have been working on some customers machines today.

Lisa (Quiltaddict) called me today and I was telling her about the machine and she was laughing about me comparing myself to her. But she is the queen of finding the good machines for cheap!!
