Kenmore 158.54

This seems to be mainly Singer machines, but thought I would take a chance. I would like to buy a Kenmore model 158.54, made in Japan circa 1962.

Hope you find what you wish for.....but this is not e-bay, or whatever. Good luck in your search at an appropriate site.

Are you just looking for advice?

I'm not familiar with that particular model, but Kenmores from the 60's are pretty good, solid machines by and large.

There are a few Kenmore fans here that know a lot - if you have specific questions, by all means ask! And we also love pictures if you happen to have any.

But we don't sell machines here - it's against the rules.

Good luck ! You should go to the Kenmore -yahoo group --can not tell you more as I have been rejected for some unknown reason when I have questions re a 158.9411

I just bought a beautiful Kenmore 158.198 will all the cams and attachments. It doesn't appear to have been used. Even the instruction book ( and original bill) are included. It looks like a very good machine that I might learn to like.
