Kingston?

Does anybody know about a Kingston machine it was either a Kingston 513 or 315 a Japan machine blue, but never heard of this one. Also is buying old singers or kenmores worth buying, like singer with cams and a kenmore with a metal looking drive chain underneath.

I just saw a Kingston at a garage sale. It was in ok shape, had a chain draw on the lid, whe you pulled the lid the machine came up via the chain and the front of the cabinet got pulled back for leg room, it was pretty cool. Treadle machine, book and all parts there, she was asking 100.00.

I posted a pic of a Kingston on here - there were other models as well. There is a fair amount of info on there - you might enjoy - Kingston was a badged machine - made in Japan and what ever stores sold it put a name on it. Mine was a real nice machine and had a powerful motor on it.
