looks like a copy of the "stitchwell" a child's chain stitching machine. The treadle is worth a LOT on the market it would seem. The unit itself can go for as low as $50 or as high as #250 in my experience. (mostly based on the quality of the paint/designs and the skills of the person making up the ad)

not a "real" sewing machine, but they are functional.
