McKee 850 Standard Dressmaker cams
 

Hello all,

The 850 that was gifted to me for working on the "abuse Free" is finally fully functional as designed. I took a chance on a set of cams on e-bay and they worked.:thumbup: The cam set, 18 in all, are the smallest in the colletion, measuring only 1-1/4" dia. and look like the larger top hat in my collection. All but #3 fit she cam shaft and after putting the calipers, the shaft was 12 mm and #3 was a few mm smaller, enough so that the cam could not be used. I will carefully ream the hole to 12 mm tonight. I had no instructions on the use of the cam so some tinkering was in order and a few pics showing the end results.
