MODERNAGE Super DE Luxe Precision Sewing machine~I have ??????

Someone tagged me in this photo on FB:D of a Modernage Super de Luxe sewing machine. I know nothing about this machine but am thinking it is a Japanese Clone. He is accepting offers but I have no idea what these even sell for. Once he figured out how to plug it in and turn on the machine:D he says it does work but the belt need replacing. The cabinet looks to be in beautiful condition as well as the machine itself.

That is a sweet machine. It is a Japanese 15 clone.

Did you notice that the machine has 2 styles of Singer decals? The Japanese model 15s are very good machines. Go Get it!!
