Cannot wait till mine gets here-a 1942 model-a friend is bringing her if the weather EVER clears enough for her to come from Illinois.
She is making a trip to get her new LGDs from us, and went on a trip to pick up my two machines purchased form eBay. Wasn't that nice of her?

All I can say is....WOWZA!!!!

Did you clean the case at all and if so, with what? I have a couple of Bentwood cases but they are all dull and dingy.

Bitbat 01-22-2011 12:01 PM

I just love the old styles they had so much more interest than the Walmart plastic jobs.

You can clean them up with Homer Formby's products to take off all the crud, then use some of his Tung oil for a gorgeous shine!

Stitchnripper 01-22-2011 01:10 PM

I put lots of Howard's Feed and Clean on and let it soak in and then rubbed the excess off.

tomilu 01-22-2011 04:43 PM

Thanks everyone. The old 101 was frozen up but now is moving.

annieshane 01-22-2011 04:44 PM
