My New (Old) Handcrank
 

I'm doing a happy dance over my new handcrank Singer 66 which I would happily show you if posting a picture wasn't so difficult! Just wanted to say thanks to all of you who helped me figure out the howtos (Glenn, leonf and bkay are some of the folks on the thank you list).

I finally learned how to get a picture in the board. It may be too big, but I get it there.

1. Smart phone.
2. Hit Share.
3. Hit resize and choose the 10% which is the smallest.
4. Choose where you want to send it.
a. send it to yourself at your email address.
b. send it to a friend.
c. my phone will record the place where I have sent many pictures.
5. Save the picture from your email with the upper left most button "as attachments".
6. Write in your picture log what the number of the picture is: mine has a 6 digit number.
7. When posting to the board use the date: 201708013...in that format...and then the number.
8. It should work. Let me know if it doesn't. I'm computer illiterate. I was 16 years old the first time I heard the word computer.

Thanks, Marcia, for taking the time to write up the picture posting instructions. I'll try them out tomorrow and we'll find out if I'm successful in following them.

I am very happy for you. I have been wanting a hand crank machine but just haven't taken the leap. Keep talking myself out of it.
