Certainly a lovely machine. You are very fortunate to have it. Off the subject but.....

Does anyone know where I can look for instrucions on how to operate a tredle? I recently purchased a Red Eye and am anixous to learn to treadle, however I am having trouble teaching my self.

Treadlelady.com ( http://treadlelady.com/) has helped me. I ordered her little booklet and last night I took the kids to Chuckie Cheeses to let them play while I sat with my coffee and I was able to read the booklet straight through, without any interruptions. I highly recommend it. It's written so that you can understand what she means and the drawings are very good.

She also has some good videos on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/TreadleLady
