this apears to be be the BIG treadle wheel, like on my industrial.

Dan,

That is something I could use were it here and I could get it without paying shipping. However it is a regular treadle base. It's the same as the one on my #1 66 Treadle.

I have a treadle / electric work table designed in my mind I could make with that.
