Does anyone know if there was a set "package" of feet that came with the FW and what they were?

I don't know. My assumption is that it came with the same green box of low shank feet that all the Singers came with. You paid extra for some items, but I'm not sure which ones. My mom's 15-91 had a green box full of feet, plus a buttonholer and a zig-zag attachment. The zig-zag must have been an extra, as you don't see it everywhere.

From my understanding, there were different sets depending on the year. Just from some info that I have says the box number would be 89465.
