I've had a similar machine with those feet. Used it for over a year now once I got it working. Bought a few other
feet and attachments but it came with this big buttonhole attachment. Very sturdy machine ,,good for heavy sewing work so I am gifting to my nephew after all the hours I worked to get it to work.
Love these old Kenmores. Tried to get on yahoo group but for some reason a few yrs ago they refused with no idea why.

I have a vintage Kenmore 158-17032 ($10 estate sale find). I have a couple of questions: 1) is it similar to the 17033? and 2) Is this considered a heavy duty machine?
It is in PERFECT condition and all the original accessories.
I really would love a manual - copy or scanned - anything. I hate to pay $14 for it but be willing to pay something. Can anyone here help? Thanks so much! Liz
