Is this really a Singer cabinet??

I found this cabinet on CL, but can't find any info about it. Is it really a Singer cabinet? It appears to have a 201 in it. I'd be curious to know if any of you know anything about it. It looks like a great little size. Thanks for your help

An original Singer leaflet came with my Singer 201 (1948 vintage) showing all of the available cabinets to fit a 201 and this was not one of the styles shown. This looks like someone had a very handy woodworker in the family.

Singer cabinets have a serial # that would be on the inside of it. I don't believe it's an original Singer either, but it may be a better table. Most Singer cabinets aren't solid wood and are veneered. The veneers are rather thin and easily broken and chipped off.

I actually have a singer cabinet that has a 99K in it ..that the drawer part is identical to this, but mine has four legs on it and the flip open top that the machine folds down under... like most traditional ones. This looks modified or reused at least.
