Red Eye 1910 model!
I have just bought a Red Eye for $65 AU on ebay. No case but I have a treadle Cabinet I can put her in. There are not many Red Eyes in Australia, I have the much more common Lotus 66. Will post photos when it arrives.

Congrats on snagging that Red Eye! I know how exciting that can be, and I've read how uncommon they are in other parts of the world.
I also remember how excited I got when I brought home my Lotus (that is harder to find on this side of the water). I made an exception for my "no repeats" in my collection to have both a Lotus and a Red Eye 66. |
Congrats, enjoy!

I've got two or three (really not sure) lotuses sitting in my shed. Haven't been used since I discovered the magical 201s. |

Mike (and others), There seems to be a lot of mention of the Magical 201s lately... Can you tell me what is so great about them, as compared with other Singer Straight stitchers? Thanks! -C. |
