Ruby vs oddities

So I found this Ruby for sale locally. I was surprised to see a serial # stamped into the cabinet and a drip cloth when I folded it down. It will turn but I didn't need it for $150.00 I can be picky and resist. |
dang it. patent date, not serial #. brain burp.
