Iris,

Please describe the issue or issues you are experiencing with your machine. We don't know how to help you without more information. Tell us what you are working on and what you may have done for fixing the problem already.

Can you find a source for who sells it/make it? Try to google - wait a minute, I will look...OK, google for "Macy's Own Herals sewing machine" and several sources will pop up. Perhaps someone could help you! Good luck!

Welcome. What kind of help are you looking for?

I believe you probably have a vintage sewing machine distributed by Macy's. It was probably made in Japan. It is either a 15 clone or a 15 class machine. If it looks like the one posted https://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f...p-t133607.html then it is a 15 clone. (Not a 15-91 clone as the 15-91 has a potted motor.) There is a thread about 15 clones at https://www.quiltingboard.com/pictur...p-t164361.html

However, if looks like http://mysewingmachineobsession.blog...-15-clone.html then it is a 15 class machine, not a clone.

There are instructions for posting pictures on quilting board at https://www.quiltingboard.com/attach...020-01-17-.pdf

There is a section here, specifically for vintage machines. https://www.quiltingboard.com/vintag...thusiasts-f22/

Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan to start with! Please post a picture, if you can, and let us know what problems you are having with the machine. Hopefully we will be able to give you a bit of help. Again welcome to the QB.
