Sewmor 303 featherweight
1 Attachment(s)
I just came home with this cute little machine. I've been looking for one off and on and found this on craigslist, about an hour away from my house. The decals are in great shape for the most part, and the machine sews beautifully. The problem is that the slide plate over the bobbin area is missing. Anyone know where I can get one, or whether one from another machine might fit? I also need to find a user's manual. And I'm wondering if the white motor is original to the machine.

I am fairly certain that https://shop.sew-classic.com/Slide-P...-192-32569.htm will fit.
You can get a Singer 99 manual at https://www.singer.com/support I highly doubt that it would have originally come with a white motor. this is a 3/4 sized machine where FWs are 1/2 sized. Is your s aluminum or iron?

Slide plates go in right to left. You may need to take off the feed dog plate to do it, but hey, you need to oil there too.

It still might be aluminum, as indicated in the QB link posted above

See if a magnet sticks to the bed or arm, even a refrigerator magnet will work. If it sticks, it is iron and if not it is aluminum
