Singer 15-91 multiple threads at bobbin?
 

I’m getting a good stitch but when I stop and slide piece out from under the foot... there are 3 or 4 threads instead of expected 2? Also very difficult to pull out. I have adjusted tension both top and bobbin. Something is causing a “loop” or a catch at the bobbin case. Do not suspect timing. At a loss? Perhaps a bad bobbin case? Suggestions or experienced advice appreciated. The

I agree that it is probably as Tartan suggested that the needle and take up lever are in the incorrect position.
