You have a wonderful machine fit for a queen!! It is beautiful. I am glad you spotted it on ebay!

A Rolls Royce, indeed. I've been using my 201-2 lately with an old Kenmore for utility stitches. There is nothing to compare to how smooth and stable the 201-2 runs.

Congratulations on a great machine.

My husband and I oiled the machine yesterday and I received my 1/4" patchwork foot today. All I left is to mount the machine in the cabinet and I'm good to go. Been chomping at the bit to really use the machine. I'm going to finish my log cabin quilt on the 201 instead of assembling it using my Brother.

I've started using the 201 and absolutely love this machine so much that I've put the Brother aside. It sews like a dream. I should have gotten one sooner. Can't wait to get the top assembled so I can try the quilting process on it.

That was something that I had not heard of..... so off on a bunny trail. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgFJkiIQdrs only a little less than two minutes it does include the 201 about 17 seconds into the video.
