Singer 320

I picked up a singer 320 at a garage sale this morning. It's just the machine, no pedal or bobbin case. Where do I go from here?

Sew-classic has the bobbins and bobbin cases and the needles and the petal and the wires. You might look at the info on the Singer 319. It uses low shank attachments. Here is a link: http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...c-t162425.html

If that's the 319 with a free arm you got a Nice Score! I think it will be well worth the effort to get running. It takes 206 class needles, you'll probably need to order them online. Your average fabric store isn't likely to have them.

Wow! Mine is in way better condition than that one. The lady I got it from repairs sewing machines and needed to move before she was going to finish it so it is clean and all the parts move like they should. I'll just need to figure out how to get the missing parts and learn how it likes to be used.

That looks more like a 301 than a 320 if that is it's pic

Yep, that is a 301. The power cord/foot controller will be easy to find, but the bobbin case will be sort of pricey, judging by the ones on eBay.

That's definitely not a 320

That is a Singer 301 for sure. Sew-Classic will have everything you need to get it back in shape. Who ever told you that was a 320 was so very wrong.

It's still a nice find.
