I think this is my favorite machine. I don't think it is a bad price.
No stitch selectors to gum up.

Ohhhhh... I live about 25 miles from there. I may have to get that one!

Oooooh, I do love that sewing machine, and in the cabinet. Too bad I am too far away to run out and get it. BTW, Miriam, I love your new avatar--you, younger, or a grandkid?????

That is DGD Lovie. She is 6 and loves to clean out lint.

I could not find it...

Oh yeah, Miriam. She's a doll....Keep her as long as you can that young and sweet. Mine is named Katrina, and is 13 going on 18 now; still a doll-baby, but a teen-ager nevertheless. I have great grands coming on now that I'll be able to enjoy that age again.....

Lovie is the youngest girl. At 6 years old she thinks she is fat. She is pretty small IMHO. I hope she will learn a few things about the machines. Her big sister was there too. I have a Cinderella sewing machine and she sat and made up stories about Cinderella and the machine. Lovie was happy to clean that machine. Mercy is a dreamer and has vision problems so maybe she couldn't see what she was doing, gave up and played with Cinderella. Next time she comes over I'll try to catch her Cinderella story - I'll bet she does it again. She also has plans to clean up the case for the machine. It is pretty bad looking - maybe some orange paint and then draw on some windows or something?

Wow, that is a nice looking 403. I have my Mom's and it's still running great.
