Does anyone know what this foot is for?

Well, I don't know what the little silver things are but the big black one is a walking foot

The attachment is a blind stitcher. Mine has the number 16016 on the underside, and it is a short shank model that would fit a FW and many other machines. If there is a blind stitcher for slant needle machines, it would have a different number.

As for the little metal things, I do not know. I don't believe they have anything to do with the blind stitcher. They resemble the thread guide that is used with Touch and Sew chain stitching. Are there numbers printed on them? There are not too many Singer pieces that don't have numbers on them for identification.

Those little things are not part of the attachment. They are closures for the waistband of pants.

Thank you for the identification of this blind stitcher.

Evelyn, I had a sneaky suspicion that is what they were! :D
