singer machines made in canada

Would anyone know where I can find information on vintage singer machines made in Quebec, Canada. I can only find the years for the serial numbers but not the actual date for the individual serial numbers. I have tried "ismacs" and singer.co.uk. I have a 15-90 serial number starting with JC and a 15-91 with serial number starting with JD.

Try contacting Singer's customer service. They may be able to help you.

I. Have a book at home. I am currently away but will look up those serial numbers and see if there is anything different. I will email the information to you

The records for the J serial #'s were lost. The only information available is the years a particular serial # range was produced. Just as there are no records for machines made in Germany or Russia.

Singer no longer wants to receive calls. They do not have the support staff to handle it. Go to ISMACS.net for any available info.
