Singer manuals
 
301 came with automatic zigzag attachment and manual; buttonhole maker with manual but no manual for machine itself. I went to Singer site for free downloads but could not decipher which, if any, of those would be the right one. Help!

Cheryl, if you go to the page where you can enter your machine model, enter just the model number without any letters

On the page that comes up, click the link and print or save the PDF to your computer. The link you want is about 7th down the list and reads:

Thanks Charlee, after reading your post I discovered I was looking at the UK version. I'm on iPad now. Will download it in the morning. I hope you know how much all your help is appreciated. DH is really getting into these vintage machines. I think he checks out eBay listings every night. We have enough to work on for now but it's fun to look.
