Singer Model 27 parts for a VS2 fiddle base?
 

Hi. I’m new to vintage sewing machines. I have a Singer VS2 fiddle base. Is it correct that Model 27 parts will work on my machine?

Welcome. I just read elsewhere that the 27 slide plate will work, but will stick out from the base a bit. There is a parts list for VS2 at https://www.sil.si.edu/DigitalCollec...1772/index.htm

There is a parts list for 27 at https://web.archive.org/web/20190727.../IPpartCharts/ look for "27-1_2_3_4.pdf" without the quotes.
