Don't know about the industrial stuff, but it should be saddle stitch and not saddlestick.

I wondered! ihad heard of a saddle stitch but not stick.

I know about saddles, and stitches on saddles, but not sewing machines for them! lol

I should have caught the seller's error for sure!
