Sites for selling sewing machine?
Are there particular sites for selling things like sewing machines? I don't want to ship them, prefer local. I know I have seen a site before - but now I can't remember the name of it!
I have a Singer 15-91 and possibly one other machine I would like to find a home for. |
For local, try Craigslist.

Or contact your LQS and see if they have somewhere to place your sewing machine for sale.

you could also check facebook and see if there is a group for your state?
I'm trimming the herd and have sold 3 machines on ours. Met all the buyers half way (they weren't terribly far away though.) We also have a sister group for pony express too. If you have a machine in x town that needs to go to XYZ town you can put up a request, or if you yourself are traveling you can say I'm in X town, traveling to XYZ, anyone need a machine to go that direction. Really works cool. |
