Nanamoms, it's a model 127. :)

chips88, you did the right thing! :) (In MY opinion!)

chips88 08-13-2012 06:51 AM

thank you charlee... :)

That's how I feel about this machine http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/atq/3201313313.html

However, I am not up to the task of stabilizing the corrosion on the aluminum, and filling in the damage with filler, then re-doing the paint job. I hear some people do this and then re-sell the "custom hot-rod paint job" featherweights on ebay.

That might just be a thread, but it sure looks like the pillar is cracked/broken!

It's a cobweb. If you look closely, you can see the shadow of the web on the pillar, but I must admit, I had the same thought at first, and had to do a double-take.

That 127 is overpriced by about $85 in my opinion. I would call the condition fair...certainly not "beautiful". To each his own.

That poor wee bairn of a FW has sat somewhere very wet, she's been forgotten and unloved. :(

Nanamoms 08-15-2012 07:42 PM

That is a sad little FW. She might have to be rebuilt like the Bionic Woman!! Someone sure neglected her!
