Model 117.959

I had one, built in 1948, straight stitch only, good and solid. They were built by White and take the same bobbin case and bobbins as a White Rotary. I have the manual as a .pdf if you get it and need one.

I serviced the one I had and sold it for $35.

I believe that is 117.591; I have two and they are both great machines. Wheel operates "backwards" compared to Singers.

Hope everyone is ok after all the crappy weather that hit today and tore up all those neighborhoods. Just terrible, I pray you all survived.

I believe it’s going to be a Kenmore 117.59 Imperial Rotary. Here’s a comparison of the Kenmore 117.59 and the Kenmore 117.959.

I think Kenmore gets the medal for the most bizzare looking machines. I've tried talking DH into getting a Locomotive - there was one for sale locally but he talked himself out of it.

I have seen them but can't tell you much about it...
