Tension problems with Singer Featherweight

I am having issues with my FW tension. :mad:I don't know if it's the top tension or bobbbin. When I sew it ruffles up, bottom looks o.k. but top is pucker and pulled very tight. I have been trying to correct all afternoon. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using the same weight thread in the bobbin as in the upper thread?

Thanks so much for posting this. I was able to get the tension correct. The thread weight seemed to be the problem.
