Thank you so much! I really appreciate the info. I was shocked at the price. I'd like one of these when I get my sewing room but I'm not sure when that will be. My contractor hasn't contacted me again. I guess I'll have ta get another one.:( I knew ya'll would have some info for me. Thanks again.:)

My local needlework store got one of these for $50 so they could hem needlepoint canvas. It's a treadle one.

I paid $1000. for a Singer model 20U industrial machine. It has zig zag and reverse. Sews heavy, lots of layers.
I love it because the industrial machines are very fast. |
