Threading diagram for a 451K31?

Hey Guys! long time no see, It's been a while since I've added to my vintage collection. Recently I just bought a 1963 Singer 451K31 for only $50! Problem is that I'm used to regular home vintage machines, and I need to get some diagrams for this beast. It does come with a newer motor and a table. So it's pretty much complete. I just gotta keep from breaking thread.

If you have any directions I could wander to or even a photo of a diagram I would most greatly appreciate it!

Thanks,
Foufymaus

I have to ask - what are you going to do with a machine that just shirrs?

I did some online searches and had not luck finding even a manual for sale. (Lots of places to get parts lists.)

There is a guy who has an old video on the 451 on youtube.com. If I had not other options, I might contact him. Usually there is an email address or maybe a comment section or some way to get in touch them.

If you go to this web page - http://parts.singerco.com/
you'll see the link to the manuals for Singer industrial machines. I saw a couple 451 manuals though not one for the K31 specifically.

Well according to ISMAC it's a

High speed. Lockstitch. Single needle, single rotary thread take-up. Belt driven automatically lubricated rotary hook. Stitch length 5 1/2 to the inch. Speed 5000 RPM. For gathering and stitching light and medium weight material, also for producing an elastic seam on stretchy materials, such as knit goods.

so it's not entirely just for shirring.
