Toy Singer
I past on a toy Singer machine with case today. Wondering now if I should of got it for $10.00 It was a white machine and red case. I don't need it, I have a toy Singer black one. I don't suppose they are collectibles. I was trying to be good. Anyone collect toy machines? Maybe show us some pictures :)

Oh my goodness for $10.00 I would have bought it!

Not sure which model you're referring to ... but if it had no dents, and could be cleaned ... sure I would have paid $10.00. I have a few toy machines but none of them are Singers.

I would have gotten it for $10. I have a few Singer toy machines and DD paid over $80 for one. But it is still in the original box.

It was in great condition except the power cord was missing. It did have the battery one attached. Red case, cute maybe more of a later edition.

You are stronger than I am, I would have bought it.

I would love to find a toy Singer for $10!
Yes, toy sewing machines are collectible. Here's a link to Bonnie Hunter's blog about a quilter who owns over 1,000! http://quiltville.blogspot.com/search?q=Toy |
O, I only wish.
I have a bright blue one that my Mom gave away -or- threw away. Wish I had it back. |
You can check out my albums , I have about 50 toy/little sewing machines. I have 3 featherweights and about 20+ OTHER SEWING MACHINES. In my collecting I have/had three Singer 66's. One was treadle converted to electric, one treadle 66 I re-homed to a quilting cousin in Rapid City and the other treadle 66 I bought a hand-crank for so I can treadle or hand-crank it.

I would have bought it quick!!! I only have one toy machine, and am looking for more.
