Treadle Bed Hinge

I have a huge problem. My New Home Climax is ready and waiting to stitch. The treadle has the cabinetry on and is ready to go. The problem is the connection between the wooden frame that holds the machine and the cabinet.

This frame has two long hinges with short pins that fit into holes (I am assuming) within steel plates. These are held in place by two screws (as observable by the holes in the cabinet).

These (missing) supporting plates should be mounted to the sides of the cabinet and allow the machine to pivot and be lowered for storage. I am missing these and have NO idea what they should even look like! Needle Bar has a manual which includes an exploded New Home A parts pic. Unfortunately, the pic was taken at such a low resolution that these parts are not identifiable. Does anyone have a manual that shows these parts? Can anyone here help me?!?
