Treadle sewing machine identification: Improved Belvidere Sphinx?

Hi! I recently acquired a treadle sewing machine and am completely green to these machines. It seems to have Sphinx details with Improved Belvidere decal (again, I’m new to these machines and do not yet know the proper terminology).
Would anyone be able to point me in a direction of identifying this guy? Serial number (?) 2941089
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to QB.

We like pictures. In order to post pictures on Quilting Board, you will probably need to reduce or compress the picture to a file size that is smaller than 2MB. How to post images can be found at https://www.quiltingboard.com/attach...020-01-17-.pdf
Don't forget to scroll over to the far right to find and click on the "Upload" button.

I have found that only the big red "Reply" button or "Quote" work to give me the paper clip icon to work for adding pictures.

Some additional info regarding reducing images at post #4 and images for the scroll and upload button can be found at #5 of https://www.quiltingboard.com/main-f...d-t312607.html

Or simply - Make sure pictures are smaller than 2MB
Click on red "Reply" button
Click on the paper clip icon
Click browse - choose picture/s. (only 5 allowed per post)
Once they show up as being loaded, Scroll over to the right side and click on "Upload"
After the pictures show up as being attached, you can close that window and go back to the screen to finish posting your post.

It looks like it is a badged National machine, particularly the Vindex Type 2 model as seen at http://needlebar.org/nbwiki/index.ph...uttle_Machines

I believe you are correct! Any way to identify year produced or any other details?

I am pleased to see it has the shuttle and at least one bobbin. Do you have the slide that is not in the picture? Glad to ahve you on board. Fine looking machine

Thanks! I do have the slide that is not in the picture and a couple other attachments I haven’t identified yet.

If you post the attachments we have folks here who can ID them.

As far as I know, there isn't any way to ID the year produced. From my understanding there used to be someone that was trying to collect info about National machines from those that had paperwork from there machines. I haven't been able to find anything available for the National machines.

As Leon suggested, maybe if you post some pictures of the attachments they may be able to be identified.
