It is...it needs to be dialed out to make stitches bigger. That is on the Grand Rotary!! The Kenmore doesn't work and I think it's because the rubber that turns the wheel is hard and it just slips. Billy tells me the rubber can easily be replaced. Also, he said the mold, mildew can be removed with some GoJo!! Books for both machines are on their way to me now!!
