"unique" sewing table
don't think I have ever seen this done before!

Very pretty!

It is cute, but sure is not practical. You can't sit in front of it and sew, so what is it good for? Maybe it's a sewing machine knock-off just for looks. A plant stand?

I've seen that "adaptation" quite a few times. It does make for an interesting little storage/end table.
I'm amused that they used the leg for another cabinet for the stretcher at the bottom - but don't care for it |
It doesn't offend me near as much as some of the other "tables" I've seen made from treadle parts, but the price is insane.

I think the stretcher is a leg from a Singer sewing stool....something else destroyed.

I'm glad that some one re-purposed the cabinet. And did not use it for firewood. It is still useful and pretty. But a bit pricey for my wallet.

I don't care for these sorts of things, and really see no purpose for them, but if I were making something like this, I would have left the drawers on the outside of the legs.
