You have a very nice Japanese HA-1 15 clone. It's a copy of the Singer Mdl 15.

Congratulations!!!! I have a model 15 clone and I love it! The threading of it is a little different than I am used to so I usually watch Muv's video to refresh my memory. The machine she is demonstrating on is a treadle but the threading is approx the same for the electric:

I love those decals! I would give a date on your machine as late 50s or early 60s. You can get a free manual on line. Do an internet search for HA-1 15 Class sewing machine manual.

Mom taught me how to sew on a machine just like that one.We only had one machine in our house, mom would sew on it, Then sister. Then I would grab it and take to my home. As soon as it was there sister would need it back.It was a Universal. I was married in1972 Moms machine was in our home in the 1960s, me born in 1955. Seems right for the dates. Wounder where that machine went?
